Baked Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup lump crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or paprika
  • Chiquita Sea Salt Plantain Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. Mix the base:
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  3. Add flavor:
Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and green onions.
  4. Fold in crab and cheese:
Gently fold in the crab meat, shredded cheddar, and Parmesan cheese, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
  5. Season:
Taste and season with salt and black pepper as needed.
  6. Bake:
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a lightly golden top.
  7. Serve:
Remove from oven, garnish if desired, and serve warm with Chiquita Sea Salt Plantain Chips
