Baked Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup lump crab meat, picked over for shells
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley or paprika

Directions
- Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish. - Mix the base:
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended. - Add flavor:
Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and green onions. - Fold in crab and cheese:
Gently fold in the crab meat, shredded cheddar, and Parmesan cheese, being careful not to break up the crab too much. - Season:
Taste and season with salt and black pepper as needed. - Bake:
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a lightly golden top. - Serve:
Remove from oven, garnish if desired, and serve warm with Chiquita Sea Salt Plantain Chips
